Drovum Terms & Plan Policy
The rules that govern subscription access, use of Drovum, and the current workbook-based service during the platform migration.
Effective: September 20, 2026
1. The Drovum service
Drovum is a delivery-performance product that may be provided through a hosted workbook, website, web application, mobile application, or other Drovum interface as the platform evolves.
During the current migration period, the workbook-based version may remain the active customer interface while Drovum moves product logic and account functions into dedicated infrastructure.
2. Subscription plans and renewal
Drovum is offered on recurring Monthly and Annual plans. The current public prices are $12.99 per month and $129.99 per year, unless checkout clearly displays a different promotional or updated price before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable billing interval until canceled. Monthly and Annual plans provide the same core Drovum product; the difference is billing frequency.
3. Current workbook access
For the current workbook-based version, access is licensed to the approved account associated with the subscription. Private workbook access is intended for the subscriber and may not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email or Google account used for provisioning and for providing accurate account information.
4. Ownership and license
Drovum retains ownership of the product, hosted workbook template, formulas, scripts, private calculation systems, dashboards, reports, documentation, design, code, and product architecture.
You retain ownership of the original shift-entry data you provide, such as your earnings, mileage, time, expenses, and other records entered into the service.
Your subscription provides a limited, non-transferable right to use Drovum for your own authorized use. It does not transfer ownership of Drovum technology or proprietary product materials.
5. Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share private access with unauthorized users, copy proprietary formulas or code for competing use, reverse engineer protected product logic, or use Drovum materials to create an unauthorized derivative commercial product.
6. Cancellation and end of subscription
You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
Under the current workbook model, a workbook copy already delivered to you may remain in your account after the paid period ends. After that date, however, you should not expect ongoing support, future updates, new provisioning, subscriber-only services, or continued operation of service-connected features that depend on an active subscription.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Data exports
You may request an export of your original shift-entry data through the Drovum Contact page. Exports do not include proprietary formulas, scripts, private calculation logic, internal administrative records, or protected product architecture.
8. Product changes and migration
Drovum may update the user interface, workbook structure, hosting model, automation, backend, mobile experience, or other technical components as the service develops. These changes may replace earlier interfaces while preserving the intended Drovum service.
9. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for decisions you make using Drovum outputs. Estimates, projections, reserves, and performance metrics depend on the data and assumptions provided.
10. No professional advice
Drovum provides organizational, analytical, and performance-tracking tools. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You should use qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
11. Service availability
Drovum may rely on third-party infrastructure and services. We work to maintain reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
12. Questions
For plan-policy, account, data, or support questions, use the Drovum Contact page.
