Drovum Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Drovum may process when you use the website, current workbook-based product, support channels, and future Drovum platform services.

Effective: September 20, 2026

Core principleYour original delivery records remain your data.Drovum retains its formulas, code, dashboards, and product architecture.Data requests can be submitted through the Contact page.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on the Drovum service you use, we may process account and subscription information, the approved email address used for access, workbook and provisioning records, delivery shift entries, derived performance metrics, website/device/usage information, and communications you send to Drovum.

2. Delivery and performance data

Delivery data may include earnings, mileage, time, platform, shift type, expenses, vehicle-related inputs, goals, and other information you choose to enter. Drovum may calculate derived metrics such as hourly performance, profitability estimates, reserves, trends, projections, and goal progress.

3. How information is used

We may use information to provision access, operate the product, calculate requested metrics, maintain subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability and usability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain records, and complete the transition from the current workbook model to the broader Drovum platform.

4. Service providers

Drovum may rely on service providers for website hosting, billing, payment processing, email or account access, analytics, file storage, security, and product infrastructure. The current workbook version may use Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Apps Script. The checkout provider used at the time of purchase may also process billing-related information under its own privacy terms.

5. Product ownership versus your data

You retain ownership of the original shift-entry data you provide. Drovum retains ownership of its workbook templates, formulas, scripts, private calculation systems, code, dashboards, report structures, documentation, and product architecture.

Any user-data export is intended to provide your underlying shift-entry information and does not include Drovum proprietary formulas, code, report logic, internal administrative records, or protected product materials.

6. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for product operation, support, billing records, security, legal obligations, migration, and service administration.

Under the current workbook migration process, archived service copies may be retained for up to 60 days after access ends, and temporary export files may be retained for up to 7 days after they are created.

7. Security

Drovum uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their account credentials and approved email access.

8. Your choices and requests

You may request help with account information, a copy of your original shift-entry data, or correction of inaccurate account details through the Drovum Contact page.

9. Changes to this policy

Drovum may update this policy as the platform, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.

10. Contact

For privacy or data questions, use the Drovum Contact page and select the privacy/data-request path when available.
